Isaac Erathnage is a Brisbane student entrepreneur. He is the founder of GoSEQ, a public transport app for South East Queensland, and the founder and CEO of E&D Collective, a student-run tech company he builds his ventures under, including Critiqo, Student Systems and Collective Medical.
GoSEQ
He catches Brisbane's buses himself. Knowing when the bus comes was never the problem; knowing when to leave was. So he built GoSEQ around one time to walk out the door, and a countdown to it.
- When to leave: one clear time to walk out the door, with a live countdown.
- Live buses: every bus moving on the map, with live traffic checked along its route.
- A buzz before your stop, so you can look up from your phone.
- Mates and family: share a trip, or tell friends you're pulling up.
- Its own arrival times: GoSEQ is training its own arrival-time model on real bus trips across Brisbane.
GoSEQ works today as a web app on any phone, is in testing on Google Play, and is planned for the App Store. Live times, trip planning and the leave-time countdown are free; GoSEQ Pro adds extras. It is published by E&D Collective and is independent of TransLink.
E&D Collective
E&D Collective is the student-run tech company Isaac founded to build and ship real products, not school projects. GoSEQ is its main product.

Through E&D Collective, Isaac has built several products besides GoSEQ:
Critiqo
His main venture: an AI-powered assessment and writing platform for secondary students (formerly called Markit). Students work in one place with their assessment brief, a checklist, a writing coach and practice mode. Quick Mark gives instant feedback and Deep Mark gives detailed, criterion-based marking against the task's own marking guide. The idea: AI that adapts to teachers, instead of teachers having to train the AI. Built privacy-first, with student work never used to train AI. In pre-launch.
Student Systems
A school productivity platform for secondary students at studentsystems.app. It grew to 105 student users purely by word of mouth, with a morning "daily brief", homework and grade tracking, flashcards, an AI learning assistant, a teacher dashboard and a parent portal.
Collective Medical
A fully managed website and online booking platform for GP clinics at collectivemedical.com.au: the clinic's whole website for a flat monthly price, with no design fees, online appointment booking for patients and a dashboard for the clinic. Tested with a real clinic.
